Well diversified customer base Exposure to wide variety of stable end-users with no more than 20% exposure to a single sector Stability from long leases Weighted average lease term to expiry (WALE) maintained at about 5 years Ample cushion from security deposits Equivalent to 66% of 2010 annualised gross revenue, or average of 7.4 months coverage (Singapore only: 10 months) Further improvement to already low arrears ratio (typically less than 1% of annualised gross revenue) Diversification in terms of geography, customers and end-users
