NBG 1 Update – 11APR13 Next 24 Hours • Last 24 Hours • -Continued fabrication of decking.- Continued establishment of C2 nodes & supporting facilities at the beach and pier.  (Facilities at Dogu Beach include:  JLCC, J-Staff admin tent, NSE comms tent & SIPR tent.  Facilities at the pier include:  Lighterage Support Center (LSC), Lighterage Repair Facility (LRF), Battalion Aid Station (BAS) (medical), Underwater Construction Team (UCT) admin/ops tent, and warming tent.)- Held additional meetings with Army & Marine counterparts to discuss the flow of cargo at the beach and beach space management.- Received NSE main body (143 total personnel from PHIBCB ONE (114), ACU-1 (17), UCT TWO (7) & NBG-1 (4)) tonight. • Continue work at beach & pier C2 nodes and supporting facilities. • Participate in additional coordination meetings as required for beach throughput and space management. • Prepare for opening of galley, laundry & barber services. Comments/Concerns 190 NSE personnel currently on board the LSA

Daily Status Report • -Staff continues to gather; Coast Guard, ROK, 501st LNOs have reported in and begun operations.  CNFK observers are on station. • -Conducted JOC leveling/Conops brief with watchstanders and MSC personnel. • -LSV arrival is expected at 0200L this evening (4 hours later than projected).  • -2 LCU's arrived as expected this afternoon. • -Continued coordination of beach area to support layout of IPDS has not produced a solution yet.
