  1. After Ondoy: Volunteer Opportunities

Activities 1.Clean-up brigades to assist communities and families to restore order and cleanliness (GK, Health Science Program and OAS)2.  Service assistance to address the needs of members of our LS and Central Administration Community, namely:a.  food provision service (Anna Galvez and Alice Estacio)b.  temporary lodging service (Connie Camacho and JossieLacson)c.  laundry service (Pau Angeles, VynCasaje and WengArgones)d.  daycare service (MiletTendero and Louie Moldera)e.  plumbing/carpentry/electrical service (NumerMelaya, Edwin Palenzuela and Sonny Toledo)

  3. Clean-up Brigades • Groupings • 1 faculty/osci professional per class or • 1 team leader per group of 40 • plus • 1 maintenance staff per group • Areas: • Provident Village, Marikina • Camacho, Marikina • Brookside, BagongSilangan, Quezon City • Dela Costa 5, Montalban (for survey)

  4. Clean-up Brigades • What to wear/bring: • Wear working clothes (shirt and maong pants) • Wear rubber boots • Bring complete change of clothes • Bring workgloves, masks • Bring food, water, towels • Schedule 830 am – briefing 9 am – departure for area 3 pm – departure for ateneo 5ish – wash down and debriefing • Assembly area: LS Swimming Pool bleachers

  5. Clean-up Brigades • Sign-ups As a class: go to ADAA As individuals, orgs, barkadas, etc: go to ADSA
