  2. Description A gray wolf is a mammal with large sharp teeth. It has a bushy tail.

  3. Habitat They like the woods that are near open areas. They live in Alaska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan. Gray wolves that live in treeless plain called Tundra wolves or arctic wolves.

  4. Diet • Wolves hunt deer, moose, and caribou , and small animals mother hunt for food.

  5. Survival • Gray wolves were almost extinct .
