PLANEACIÓN MUNICIPAL 1 • Auxiliar en la elaboración del Plan Municipal de Desarrollo Sustentable • (6 meses) Estableciendo prioridades en las localidades considerando su población, agrupación de viviendas en el territorio; para abatir los índices de rezago y marginación. Deberán de estar debidamente alineados a los Programas Estatales y Federales(Cruzada contra el Hambre).

  3. VINCULACIÓN Y COORDINACIÓN CON LAS DEPENDENCIAS ESTATALES Y FEDERALES 2 Establecer mesas de trabajo: • Para analizar y dar seguimiento a la gestión municipal • Analizar prioridades de inversión • Analizar coberturas presupuestales • Definir seguimiento y evaluación de los proyectos de inversión

  4. INTEGRACIÓN DE LOS PROYECTOS DE INVERSIÓN 3 • PARTE SOCIAL • Plan Municipal de Desarrollo • Acta de Integración del Consejo Municipal de Desarrollo • Acta de Priorización de obras y acciones • Acta de selección de obras • Relación de beneficiarios directos • Registro de firmas autorizadas

INTEGRACIÓN DE LOS PROYECTOS DE INVERSIÓN 3 • PARTE TÉCNICA • Proyecto ejecutivo • Planos y proyectos arquitectónicos • Presupuesto de obra (general y dividido por aportaciones) • Oficio de Validación de la dependencia normativa • Oficio de impacto ambiental expedido por la SEMARNAT • Permisos • Calendario de obra • Localización

  6. PROCESO DE VALIDACIÓN 4 2.- Dar seguimiento al proceso de Validación del proyecto ante las normativas federales y estatales conforme a la normatividad vigente. • CONAGUA • SEMARNAT • CFE • SCT • FEDERALES (Enero-Septiembre) • CEA • CAO • SINFRA • ESTATALES

  7. 5 SEGUIMIENTO • Supervisión de obras • Reportes trimestrales • Acta de entrega recepción (Enero-Diciembre)
