  2. What Are They? • Monkeys are a type of animal. They are a wild animal. Monkeys are primates. There are 260 known species of Monkeys. One of those types are ‘Baboons’. • Monkeys are also known as to be ‘Intelligent’ such as humans. Monkeys have tails, unlike the Ape.

  3. Information. • The Monkeys without a tail are called ‘The Barbary Ape’. The name ‘Monkey’ may originate in Germany. Also, the word ‘Ape’ is the synonym to ‘Monkey’. • Monkeys can grow up to 3 feet. Scientist say that the Monkey is the closest animal that is alike to the Human Beings.

  4. What Do They Eat? • Monkeys eat lots of veggies, especially Bananas. 160 species of Monkeys eat leaves and grass. Some other Monkeys eat bird eggs, leaves and flowers.

  5. What Do Monkeys Play With? • Monkeys play with a lot of things. They play with anything that a normal baby would play with. Monkeys love mirrors the most because they like to look at themselves.
