The EDE 2 Course

This course covers the diagnosis and treatment of ankle joint effusions using ultrasound guidance. Participants will learn about probe selection, the advantages of linear and endocavitary probes, and how to effectively visualize the ankle joint. The training includes practical demonstrations with video content showcasing probe sliding techniques along the shin, identifying the anterior tibial artery, and assessing soft tissue structures. The session also highlights the importance of clinical suspicion and introduces both static and dynamic approaches to joint effusion evaluation.
