犬 灌 肠 术. 适应症 便秘、呕吐、腐败性肠炎、中毒、给药等。 1. 先将犬保定，并稍稍抬高后躯体，肛门周围消毒液清洗 . 2. 在人用的 14 号导尿管前端涂上液体石蜡或植物油润滑后，沿肛门根据灌肠要求插入直肠一定深度，捏紧肛门周围皮肤与导尿管。 3. 将注射器与导尿管相连，将液体缓慢推人。 4. 强迫犬做少许运动，抽出导尿管即可。. 犬 灌 肠 术. 注意事项： 1. 灌肠所用液体不能有刺激性作用。 2. 灌肠用液体必须加热到与体温相当 , 否则 , 易引起肠痉挛。.
