Quality Auditor Lean Coordinator Six Sigma Black Belt • Intimidating • Rude / Abrupt • Don’t listen very well • Lack of engagement people skills • Boring • Crabby Auditors • Focused scope sometimes they don’t understand impact on other processes • Lack of business understanding • Lack of change management skills • Lack of engagement of all levels • Too rigid in methodology • Focus on one problem may adversely affect system • Too controlling • Statically oriented • Precise Dislike or do not understand from each role Statistician CI Manager • Boring • No sense of humor • Dry lack of passion • Can’t always translate into terms average person understands • No end results • Can never reach goal – always more to do • Never happy, no finish line
