As the actual wide project of telecommunication in the world is Internet , many efforts are oriented towards the new services and integrated service Data Network in order to contribute indirectly at the universal access. We must concretize all these by construct infrastructure of high speed to vehicle all data base also in real time. We have to prepare the wedding of Telecommunication, sciences computer and TV.

13. ______________The African internet and Telecom summit(Banjul, The Gambia)5-9 June 2000__________________________REGULATION • Concepts of E-business, E-commerce, E-learn, E-finance, E-marketing, and all E-… All these services are used, but the unawareness of the general public of the later does not boost the actual market. We have to adapted those virtual reality in our context. Don’t forget that Internet has no sense in a geographical area. • Internet is a space of community who think about the same construction of the whole life and have a projection of future well life.

The infrastructure is one important barrier . • Applications such as telephony in Internet, is in reflexion by the TRB in order to ameliorate conditons of costumer. • The TRB studies the best way to set efficient telecommunications tarifications with all telecommunications operators.
