  1. Fireworks - Monday: • Work together in class – learn new things • Work time: • Finish Favorite state if necessary • Jenny Fischer assignment • Me in Five assignment

Fireworks Review – CS5 • Save right away and frequently • A “save” creates a “png” which is editable • When finished decide graphic type: • PNG? – just save – retains layers • Also can save in other formats (gif for animation) • Decide if you need to fit canvas • Trim off extra space • Show drop shadow or glow • Canvas color: transparent or color

  3. Fireworks Review – CS5 • Crop • Magic wand • Eraser • Text tool • Filters • Shapes • Move tool (black arrow)

  6. Attaching text to a path to create a different look  Text Type your text Draw your path Use “shift” and the black arrow to select both Text menu – attach to path Shortcut is control shift Y Path using pen tool Text Path using ellipse tool
