Enhancing Weight Watchers Experience with eTools: An Online Training Program
This project outlines the development of an online training program for Weight Watchers members to enhance their use of eTools, a crucial component of their weight loss journey. The program addresses the frustration faced by members due to a lack of training resources. Featuring 13 tutorials on essential tools like the Food Tracker and Activity Tracker, the program promotes greater familiarity and engagement with eTools. Usability evaluations showed significant learning gains, paving the way for improved member support and weight loss outcomes. A launch is planned for January 2013 at WW Store in Monterey.
