This study aims to observe and enhance the teaching of English in rural schools in Puducherry, focusing on improving language proficiency, literacy skills, and teacher effectiveness. Most rural schools in India lack exposure to English, hindering children's communication skills. By familiarizing students with the language and providing teacher training, this project seeks to help students connect with the outside world and improve their English proficiency. The methodology includes data collection, teacher development, classroom observations, and impact assessment through various tools and techniques.
