  2. Summary The apollo missions were going to start soon, while Joe Pepitone is slugging for the New York Yankees. Doug Swieteck lives in what he calls the dump, in upstate New York with his mom, abusive father, and his brother who went to Juvey. When he gets there he meets Lil Spicer who teaches him how to drink cold coke, when he is on the library steps waiting for the library to open. When Doug was four his dad came in is room and told him that he was going to take Doug somewhere special. It actually turned out to be a tattoo shop, and he got a tattoo on his stomach that said mams baby. While Doug is doing dropping off Groceries, the Spicer's Groceries gets robbed. Who is this mysterious person that robbed the Groceries and what will he do next? Find out what happens in the book Okay For Now, By: Gary. D Schmidt.
