  6. Good Practice – smart admin – effective panels – research new trends • Research best practice: ACF and network • Standardised reports to all Donors • Online applications: go ‘live’ July • Young philanthropy • Grants Advisors • Web resources • Donor-led grant making

  7. Flexible services – donor care – group support • Development of donor guide to grant services: resource guide for potential and actual donors • Workshops, training and one to one support: programme of community development support for groups to build fundraising and evaluation skills

Creativity – modern – smart – keeping ‘the edge’ • Creative use of ICT and digital media • Developing new products for market trends: placing self as centre for philanthropy • Team building and office environment • Keeping an ‘edge’ – THE Grant making and Donor care experts for Northamptonshire
