  2. Solution 1: Update Billing Information in QuickBooks Desktop 1). Click the Reactivate Account option in the Payroll Service Alert Window. 2). Enter your log in credentials and log in to your Intuit account. 3). Hit the Reactivate button under the Service Information window. 4). Verify all the information displayed on the screen is correct. 5). Now hit Proceed to Checkout. 6). Enter your billing information and hit continue. 7). Click Place Order and then hit Next. 8). Go back to QuickBooks and try using it.
