  4. BUSINESSES FOR CLIMATE PLATFORM (EPC) MEASUREMENT Identify and account for corporate GHG emissions using the GHG Protocol. MANAGEMENT Map opportunities and risks, establish strategies, plans and goals for managing emissions. REDUCTION Implement innovative processes for the reduction of GHG, as well as compensatory actions. PUBLIC POLICIES Jointly construct business proposals of public policies containing positive incentives for directing the economy towards lower carbon emissions. www.fgv.br/ces/epc

Businesses for Climate Platform at 2011 In 2010, the EPC focused basically on training companies on climate change, working in the form of lectures and classes. 2011 Initiative aimed to answer the following question: How to experience the challenges in the management and reduction of GHG in the search for innovation and articulation? • GVces METHODOLOGY • Harvard business cases • Script for challenge case construction • Member companies challenge case presentation • Work group solution proposals www.fgv.br/ces/epc
