SWEDINT Working Group Outcome

This discussion highlights key points from the SWEDINT working group led by LtCol Konstantin Nesterov on improving instructor capabilities in Peace Support Operations (PSO). Notable initiatives include the ongoing "Train the Trainer" program, the establishment of a common PSO training book, and the creation of a shared website for information exchange. The cooperation between Peace Training Centers (PTCs) has proven vital for cost-effective training and sharing experiences. Regular communication, a PTC bulletin, and access to Lessons Learned databases are essential for continuous improvement.
