  2. Built to drive your business • ZOOM provides additional rebate, which is transferred to partners’ marketing budget • Partner in cooperation with ZOOM invests this budget into marketing activities • ZOOM supports partner with planning, execution and evaluation of campaigns.

  3. Rebate is based on cumulative yearly Revenue with zoom

  4. rebate progress example Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 2013 Both deals paid, 3% rebate becomes active. 3rd deal paid, 4% rebate becomes completely active 1st deal booked, 20K USD= no rebate 3rd deal for 70K USDbooked, that makes 130K USD cumulative 4% rebate 2nd deal for 40K USDbooked, that makes 60K USD cumulative = 3% rebate From this moment the partner can start spending the rebate.
