  10. Dinner at Pinkham Notch Planning and understanding topo Maps

  11. Third potential leg: continue Lion Head Trail to Tuckerman Ravine Trail, and then on to Mt. Washington Summit: .7 miles, and an additional 1300 ft altitude change. First Leg: Tuckerman Ravine Trail: 2.4 miles 1850 ft altitude change. Second Leg: Lion Head Trail: 1.1 miles to Alpine Garden Trail, 1 hour 15 min. est. time and 1100 ft altitude change.
