Alternate Channels • Take The Lead • Monthly communication to the region supporting program and explaining current offers • Current promotional information posted in all locations • Detail sales sheets distributed to all Technicians • Retail offices assisting with process to have same day customer contact • Strategic Agents • Currently working with White Fences • Leads and request are funneled through offline for follow up • Looking into adding similar vendors • Sales & Referral Agent Programs • Finalizing Lead Agent contract • Targeting developers and real estate brokers • Retail Kiosk • Reopened Kiosk in Galleria Mall in Middletown New York • Focus on HSI, Packages and Dish products • Hired contractors with previous sales experience • Created web based order process to expedite installation of products

Alternate Channels • Frontier 1 • Middletown & Monroe launch scheduled for 1/8/07 • Product training to be completed 1/5/07 Kiosk & 2 Retail locations • PR focused launch plus event 1/8 – 1/13 • Middletown FCC members to be part of PR launch • Door - To - Door • Based on the success of West & Central Door – To – Door campaigns, we are meeting with a vendor 12/21 to discuss possible East locations
