This unit focuses on Practical Applications in ICT, introducing candidates to a formal 20-hour controlled assessment. To enhance understanding, an additional 8 hours of research and preparation time, along with up to 12 hours for producing final outcomes, is recommended. The unit is internally assessed and externally moderated. We will conduct a mock assessment to familiarize you with the process, using a detailed handbook as a guide. Students will learn to apply the knowledge gained in the mock to successfully tackle the real assessment project.
