  3. Hurricane Charley!!! • Hurricane Charley was the third named storm, the second hurricane, and the second major hurricane of the 2004 Atlantic hurricane season. The storm made landfall in southwestern Florida at maximum strength, making it the strongest hurricane to hit the U.S since Hurricane Andrew struck Florida 12 years before, in 1992. • I got this info from www.Wikipedia.org

  4. More about Hurricane Charley • Some more interesting facts about Hurricane Charley are that it started on August 9th and ended on August 15th. The hurricane’s wind speed was up to 150mph. The damage it caused cost about $16.3 billion(2004 USD) and about $18.9 billion(2009 USD). The areas it pasted though were Jamaica, Cayman Islands, but it only affected Cuba, Florida, and South and North Carolina. Hurricane Charley killed about 10 people in 2004.
