HSTW & MMGW Goals • Increase student achievement and graduation rates • Create high functioning school improve cultures that focus on college and career readiness that prepared students for postsecondary education without remediation. • Better alignment to state and national standards • Research-based, best practice instructional approaches • Monitor student performance through effective teacher collaboration using data and evidence

Today’s Outcomes Administrators and teachers will be able to: • Connect the district’s priorities: goals, strategies and actions steps with the HSTW/MMGW school improvement framework. • Network with other sites to share research-based strategies that support "common" priorities (e.g. goals, strategies, and action steps) in creating high functioning school improvement cultures
