General Opinion About Business Expectations
The survey sought the opinion about the business expectations of top management across global organizations on the basis of three main aspects. These are explained below. Organization Growth: A large section of the top management in business organizations from around the world had an optimistic view of their organization growth. This turned out to be a major changeover from the results of last year’s survey and the participants opted to take the global market trends into consideration. Hiring Strategies: A large percentage of top ranked professionals did not express much hope about the intention of organizations to add to their workforce in a significant manner. Outlook Towards Economic Recession: The survey brought to fore the drastic change in the attitude of top management professionals with regard to the local and global market conditions.
