As we all know that CCIC is responsible for all inspection for waste materials exporting to China in these years. In order to protect China environment, avoid some potential risks from invasive pest or infectious disease vectors, AQSIQ department may have strictly examined and verified on the qualification and conditions of pre-inspection agency for imported of solid wastes as utilizing raw materials and stipulate how to qualify an inspection agency. AQSIQ department stated that the draft of new regulation has been into revising section and will be coming out soon . In case,we predict that the third party inspection and quarantine institutions generally will meet the basic requirements for the application.
