AQSIQ will cancel CCIC designated Inspection (15/08/2016)<br>Dear All<br>This is Justin Xu from China Recycling Inspection Service Co.,Ltd.<br>Recently, China AQSIQ published a new announcement about how to become a pre shipment inspection agency. As we all know that CCIC is responsible for all inspection for waste materials exporting to China in these years.<br>In order to protect China environment, avoid some potential risks from invasive pest or infectious disease vectors, AQSIQ department may have strictly examined and verified on the qualification and conditions of pre-inspection agency for imported of solid wastes as utilizing raw materials and stipulate how to qualify an inspection agency. AQSIQ department stated that the draft of new regulation has been into revising section and will be coming out soon . Registered as the third party inspection agency in the country (region) legally<br>2. Own the fixed office space in the country (region)<br>3. Comply and familiar with the laws, regulations and rules of China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine, Environmental Protection and Solid Waste Management<br>4. Engaged in the inspection and appraisal business for more than five years;<br>5. Able to carry out inspection in accordance with the mandatory requirements of the state technical standards for environmental protection, solid waste management in China and the relevant provisions of the State Administration of quality supervision, inspection and supervision on the inspection of imported waste materials before shipment<br>6. Inspection personnel and testing equipment to meet the pre shipment inspection business<br>7. Approved by ISO/IEC 17020<br>If you meet all the requirements above, you can also apply for pre-shipment inspection agencies!<br>So will current self-inspection companies continue to exist?<br>According to the new management requirements, we believe that the self inspection companies will be phased out.<br><br><br>
