When practicing business activities, it is possible to insert changes to the license details in response to the customer circumstances or The change of the economic climate as DED adopts easy procedures to facilitate any changes in license as part of a series of procedures offered by DED through its various branches and website.
  3. Types of License Amendment Change in Trade name Change/Adding Business Activity Change in Location Change Local/National Agent Sale of Business Change/Add of Management details Bequeathing License Devolution of License Addition/Removal of Partner Capital Amendment Liquidation of Merger
  4. Change of Local Service Agent/Local Sponsor Documents Required Procedure (Initial approval and final submission)
  5. Documents Required BR1 Form Company License copy. Company Immigration card and Labour card copy Memorandum of Association Passport copy and UID number of old (existing)Local Service Agent/Local Sponsor Emirates Id of the new sponsor Passport copy and UID number of new Local Service Agent/Sponsor Khulasat al quid copy of new Local Service Agent
  6. Procedure Initial approval Drafting of Addendum Court Notarization of Addendum Obtaining letters from the Department of Economic Development addressed to concerned authorities. If any. Publishing a notice in one of the official newspapers in Abu Dhabi announcing the desirable amendments. Final Submission
