Now I for one still believe that gift certificates might come in handy in many occasions. But, do me a favor guys. If not, then flowers are the best way to go! Flowers come in different shapes, sizes, colors and come with a special gift which is a smile and a smile can go a long mile isn’t it? Adding a simple, short and sweet hand-written note is all that is needed to make it personalized enough for your colleagues to know that you have a thought behind it.
