The DaRTS Data Reporting Tool provides vital insights into teacher employment, assignment, and retention trends across Texas school districts. Developed by a consortium of Texas universities, this tool aims to advance the quality and effectiveness of teacher preparation programs. Key reports include analysis of newly-hired teachers, certification pathways, and retention over five years. Our goal is to support institutional change through actionable data, ultimately contributing to improved educational outcomes within Texas's public and private universities.
