12. How do I get paid? First you need a Social Insurance Number (SIN) Domestic Students provide a photocopy of your card if you have never been paid at Queen’s before International Students bring your Study Permit to me and I will provide a letter for you to obtain your SIN at Service Canada

For TA & RA Contracts If you have never been paid by Queen’s, fill out the cheque deposit form Include a blank cheque (or authorization to deposit form from your bank) Submit to me before September 12th Awards Enter your banking information in SOLUS

CONTRACTS – RA and TA You will receive an RA contract at the beginning of each term to be paid monthly An email is sent to you with a link, go to the link, sign in with your Queen’s Net ID/password and check that the amount matches your funding spreadsheet Accept the contract electronically TA contracts are only paid in the course term and are taxable income
