  1. MVS Express Electronic Filing IFTA & IRP Instructions - Initial Login http://www.mvsecarrier.com Before attempting to login, please ensure that all popup blockers are turned off and that you have the current version of Java installed. To update or install Java go to http://www.java.com

  2. New Users Enter User Id then re-enter the User Id as the password and “logon” If you have created a new password Then enter it and “logon”.

  3. New password must contain at least 8 characters with one digit.

  4. Select either IFTA or IRP. Please see related Users Guides for detailed instructions.
