If you've been invited to score Most Valuable Student applications, this guide covers everything you need to know. You'll be tasked with evaluating applicants based on scholarship, leadership, and financial need, assigning points to reflect their qualifications. Section 1. Scholarship • Part 1, Test Scores. Test scores are worth 250 points, based on a table. • Part 2, Academic Achievement. Review the student’s transcript and academic qualities, and assign a rating on a scale of 0 to 5.
