Global Software Development - A Research Proposal -

This proposal explores the complexities of Global Software Development (GSD) in the increasingly outsourced landscape of technology. It focuses on the socio-cultural challenges that arise from cross-national collaboration, including cultural management and communication barriers. The research aims to provide in-depth understandings of how various socio-cultural factors intersect in GSD. Through longitudinal comparative case studies across different global settings, this study seeks to develop comprehensive theories that address the diverse issues faced in GSD practices.
