REGISTERING SERVICE DOG Service dogs are the most necessary elements of the society as they help the people to keep their assets protected from the losses and also keep the people aware about the dangers. A person has the responsibility to meet all the official requirements while adopting the dog from the any person of organization. In legal requirements, all the details are maintained by the person and this helps the person to fulfill all the requirements easily while adopting the dog. Legal needs must be maintained by the person in order to keep the dogs safe and protected. In the United States, many people are still not aware about this kind of registration but the government is still trying to keep the people aware about registering dogs to keep them safe. Dogs that are not registered by the people affect their rights and also reduce the chance of protection for the dogs. Court gives the legal permission to the people while registering dogs in the society and also gives authority to the person to keep the dog with him. Legal custody of the dog must be taken by the person if he fails to meet the lawful act of the government to create the legal bonding between the person and dog. Court also gives one certificate to the person in case dog is missing or person is not able to identify his dog then it is easy for the person to identify the dog with the help of a certificate and all the details are mentioned by the court in the certificate. The certificate acts as the identity proof of the dog that the person can use if the dog is stolen. Service dog registration also helps the person to meet the legal requirements of the court and also demands for the legal custody of the dog. Dogs need to be protected and that can be done with the help of legal instructions only. Court takes various serious steps in order to protect the dogs and to register them with the help of legal procedures. It also helps the people to sue the other person while doing any illegal activity that affects the rights of the person and the dog. Legal proceedings aid the person to take the legal custody of services dog from any other person who has stolen the dog.
