ORIGINALAPPLICATION MUST BE / PIETEIKUMA ORIĢINĀLS JĀIESNIEDZ: Completed - all 17 WORKSHEETS as in Application Form, all documents (or ANNEXES) as listed in Guidelines, originals as required (XVII WORKSHEET is a checklist!); / Pabeigts – visām 17 darba lapām kā Pieteikuma formai, visiem dokumentiem (vai PIELIKUMIEM) kā noteikts Vadlīnijās, oriģināli kā prasīts (XVII darba lapa ir pārbaudes lapa!); Printed out - Application Form on A4 size paper (suggested both sided); / Izdrukāts – Pieteikuma formai uz A4 izmēra papīra (ieteicams no abām pusēm); Signed - by authorised person or head of the organization– WORKSHEET XV; / Parakstīts - pilnvarotas personas vai organizācijas vadītāja paraksts - darba lapa XV Stamped - with official stamp (if available) - WORKSHEET XV; / Apzīmogots – ar oficiālo zīmogu (ja pieejams) – darba lapa XV;

II ORIGINALAPPLICATION MUST BE / PIETEIKUMA ORIĢINĀLS JĀIESNIEDZ: Dated -date of signature - WORKSHEET XV; / Datēts – parakstīšanas datums – darba lapa XV; Stitched together – each Application Form + Annexes either bound or stitched in such a way that the pages cannot be replaced (the same apply for the technicaldocumentation stitched and numbered!); / Sastiprināts kopā – katrs projekta pieteikums + pielikumi sastiprināti vai sašūti kopā tā, ka lapas nav iespējams aizvietot (tas pats attiecas uz tehnisko dokumentāciju – sastiprināti un numurēti!); Photocopies -copies of the original documents in the Application must bephotocopies certified as true by authorised person or head of theorganization or project partner organisation, they must showlegible stamps or signatures and dates; / Kopijas – Pieteikumā oriģinālo dokumentu kopijas ir jāapstiprina kā patiesas ar pilnvarotas personas vai organizācijas vadītāja parakstu, tam jābūt ar salasāmiem zīmogiem vai parakstiem un datumiem.

REQUIREMENTS AND INFORMATION: / PRASĪBAS UN INFORMĀCIJA: Completed - Electronic version of the Application Form as Excel (.xls) file mustbecompleted as required in Guidelines; / Pabeigts – Pieteikuma formas elektroniskā versijai kā Excel (.xls) failam ir jābūt pabeigtam kā noteikts Vadlīnijās; Saved as .pdf- only supporting documents has to be scanned and files saved as .pdf; / Saglabāts kā .pdf– tikai pavadošie dokumentiem ir jābūt skanētiem un failiem saglabātiem kā .pdf.; Not exceed 30MB -size of the email message can not exceed 30MB. Application may bedivided in several e-mails; / Nepārsniedz 30 MB – e-pasta ziņas apjoms nevar pārsniegt 30 MB. Pieteikums var tikt sadalīts vairākos e-pastos; Suggested ‘subject’ of the email - acronym of the Project; / Ieteicamais e-pasta nosaukums - Projekta saīsinājums; E-mails are not opened -automatic reply, the e-mails are opened ONLY after the deadline has passed; / E-pasti netiek atvērti – automātiskā atbilde, e-pasti tiek atvērti TIKAI, kad iesniegšanas termiņš ir pagājis  = @ -electronic versions of the Application Form and Pre-Feasibility Study sent by email must be exactly the same as those submitted in paper version / Pieteikuma formas un priekšizpētes dokumentu elektroniskām versijām ir jābūt identiskām ar tām, kas tika iesniegtas papīra formātā.
