JASE Contracting Internship: Insights and Experiences in the Housing Industry

During my internship at JASE Contracting LLC in 2008, I gained invaluable experience in the housing industry, focusing on erosion and silt control as a subcontractor for larger excavation companies. My responsibilities included bidding, estimating costs, managing labor on-site, and addressing challenges such as schedule management and customer relations. Through SWOT analysis, I identified key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in our sector. This experience enhanced my project estimation skills, relationship building, and hands-on management, crucial for my growth as an entrepreneur.
