Focus on Defence Aerospace • Multiple involvement with Turkish Forces including: • F35 JSF F136 Engine (RR/GE Fighter Engine Team) • RTM322 (RRTM Ltd) through TUHP opportunity • TP400 (EuroProp) for A400M Military Transport • T800 (LHTEC) for ATAK A129 Helicopter Programme • Existing product base within Turkish Air Force (T56 in C130 Transport, Tyne in C160D Transport) and Turkish Army (Model 250 in various Helicopters)

Focus on Marine • An established supplier to Turkish shipyards for a broad range of products • Controllable Pitch Propellers installed on various Turkish Naval and Coast Guard vessels • Rolls-Royce Bergen Diesels installed in Turkey and supported locally • A Marine sales and service office in Tuzla, Istanbul providing dedicated local support Rolls-Royce Marine Turkey Sales and Service – Commercial & Naval Palladium Alisveris Merkezi ve Residence Barbaros Mah.Halk Cad. Success in Turkey • Trent 700 with TotalCare powers 12 A330 aircraft for Turkish Airlines, and 4 A330 freighters for MNG – $1.2bn purchase at list price of Rolls-Royce equipment and services • RR is part of International Aero Engines, providing V2500 engines for 6 operators, flying over 70 Airbus A320 family aircraft • Powering Turkish transport aircraft and helicopters • Bergen diesels provide main power for Ataturk International Airport • Propellers installed on many Turkish Naval & Coastguard vessels

Areas of Potential Co-operation • Potential Marine areas: • Ship design & construction, electrical distribution, automation systems, fabrication services, supply chain • Potential Defence Aerospace: • High technology knowledge transfer to Turkish Industry through opportunities such as RTM322 for TUHP, including consideration for Engine Production & Maintenance, Tooling manufacture, Parts manufacture, Design, Engine/Airframe integration and Qualification & Certification process. • Exploration of win/win business opportunities with Turkish Industry
