Come funziona • La biomassa trinciata ed eventuali liquami zootecnici vengono trasportati al digestore. • All’ interno del digestore si sviluppano fermentazioni che danno origine ad alcuni gas, in particolare metano, ed a calore. • Il calore può essere utilizzato in azienda, mentre i gas alimentano motori che producono energia elettrica. • Infine il digestato viene ridistribuito nei campi.
