Accounting and Budgeting Committee: Chairs, Bernard Ugwu Contacts: Phone and Email PURPOSE: The Convention Accounting and budget Committee shall be responsible for the Accounting and budget relating to all Accounting and budget aspects of the Convention and the Igbo World Festival of Arts and Culture. Roles and Responsibilities Prepares and presents the estimated budget related to the event Work in concert with fundraising and entertainment committees Provides assistance to all other committees/subcommittees Rev. Outreach/Media & Public Relations Brochure,Vendors&Advertising Committee: Chairs, Chief Charles Okereke Co-Chair Chief Mathias Mgbeafulu Contacts: PURPOSE: The Convention Brochure, vendors and advertizing Committee shall be responsible for brochure, vendors and advertizing relating to brochures Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for Brochure, vendors and event advertizing Solicitation of potential Igbo and other Businesses willing to advertise their products and Services in the Convention and Igbo World Festival of Arts and Culture Brochure Work in concert with media and public relations committee Collaborate with Finance and budget committee and especially; Work in concert with fundraising and corporate sponsor committees . Fundraising/Corporate Sponsors : Chairs, Dr Bernard Okwelogu Co- Chair Dr. Chris Aniedobe Contacts: Phone and e-mail PURPOSE The Fundraising and Corporate Sponsors committee shall be responsible for fundraising from the membership, corporations and the general public for the Convention and Igbo World Festival of Arts and Culture. Roles and Responsibilities Solicitation of Funding sources from the general Public and Corporate Sponsors Work in concert with media and public relations division Work with budget committee and stakeholders to make the events financialli viable Bernard Ugwu Vice Chair Mr Chudi Asidianya Chuks Okerere

Symposium Committee/Host Committee: Chairs, Chiemezie Ofilli Contacts: Phone and Email PURPOSE: The Convention Symposium Committee shall be responsible for orientation andthe and assisting with the on-site Conference Symposium Management. Roles and Responsibilities Pre-register and on-site registration of all Symposium Participants and Papers to be presented at the event Develop the Theme for the Symposium, Review and accept and recommend improvement where necessary Review the strategic quality and value added of all symposiums materials to the Conference Coordinate an on-site message boardand participants/hospitality lounge area Dr Emma Obiesie Dr. Anakwenze,

Agenda Committee/ Invitations Committee: Chairs, Mazi Felix Nnaji  Contacts: Phone and E-mail PURPOSE: The Convention Agenda Committee shall be responsible for orientation andthe preparation of Agenda to the convention and the Igbo World festival of Arts and Culture events and assisting with the on-site conference agenda and logistics. Roles and Responsibilities Assisting with the on-site conference agenda logistics Prepare Agenda for the convention and Igbo World festival of Arts and Culture Prepare invitation materials including invitation cards for the guests and VIPs Prof. Njoku, Paul Oranika

Gala Night/ Banquet Committee: Chairs, Nkiru Onyema Contacts: Phone and Email PURPOSE: The Convention Gala Event/Banquet Committee shall be responsible for organizing the Gala Event/Banquet for the convention and Igbo World Festival of Arts and Culture and assisting with the on-site conference logistics. Roles and Responsibilities organizing the Gala Event/Banquet for the convention Work in concert the Agenda Committee to prepare the hospitality and Entertainment activities relating to the gala event.   9. Youth Activities/Culture/Floor Management Committee: Chairs, DR. Uche Contacts: Phone and Email PURPOSE: The Convention Youth Activities/Culture/Floor Management Committee shall be responsible for all Youth Activities/Cultural Events and Floor Management. Roles and Responsibilities: Prepare logistics of the Activities and Cultural Events Prepare Youth and other participants for Activities/Cultural Events and Floor Work in concert with the other related committees Vice Chair ChiomaOgueri Emma Obiesie Prince Ufoma Hon ObyEbulu

CISA Good Governance/Strategic Planning Advisory &Awards Committee: Chairs, DshaikhIzuchukwu Contacts: PURPOSE: This Committee will review and recommend Candidates from both elected State government personnel and Federal Government appointees to be recognized and awarded Certificates for their outstanding leadership and programs which advances the interest of Igbo states including Anioma-Delta. Roles and Responsibilities Nominate and recommend Igbo leaders to be considered for Merit Awards by the CISA Governing Council as described in the purpose statement above Dr. Charles Oseji –Vice Chair To included members from Abia, Anambra, Imo, Enugu, Ebonyi and Anioma-Delta

Strategic Planning Advisory Committee: Contacts: Purpose: The Strategic Planning Advisory Committee shall be responsible for overseeing and or auditing all Phases of Convention and Igbo World Festival of Arts and Culture Planning and Implementation Phases.
