Registration/Outreach/Media & Public Relations Committee : Chairs, Mgbeafula-Chair Contacts: Phone and Email PURPOSE: The Convention Registration Committee shall be responsible for orientation andthe pre-registration and registration of all participants to the convention and assisting with the on-site conference management. Roles and Responsibilities Pre-register and on-site registration of all participants for each event Provides assistance with Delegate Registration Kits confirm and orient participants for on-site activities related to pre-conference and conference activities Confirm, schedule and orientvolunteers for their specific on-site assignments related to conferencein consultation with the Conference Management Team Coordinate an on-site message boardand participants/hospitality lounge area in concert with the Entertainment.
