Knee Tackle Drills and Mini Game for Developing Tackling Skills

This guide provides a structured approach to practicing tackling techniques through a series of drills and a mini-game. The first drill focuses on tackling while kneeling, emphasizing correct body positioning and contact points. The second drill involves the ball carrier standing while the tackler remains kneeling, allowing players to practice stability and control. The mini-game reinforces these skills by placing players in a 1v1 scenario on their knees, fostering competition and strategic thinking. End with a reflection session to share insights with your instructor.
