  9. If spread is within the allowable tolerance, # is Blue, if not # is Red. If out tell Foreman and document it in the Remarks at the bottom of the page.

  10. Proper number and correct spacing is VERY important!

  19. Avg. of all temperatures, Max. temp of the day, Min. temp. of the day & Avg. temp of the 1st 5 loads.

  20. Enter pay item for tack. If tack is included in the price of the asphalt, enter the pay item for the type of asphalt being placed. Prime calculations can be entered here if prime is being used

  21. Enter the type of tack being used.

  22. Enter the distributor number (FDOT calibration number) that is being used to place the tack. (From previous slide)

  23. Look up beginning depth reading and the corresponding gallon reading

  24. Enter the beginning measurement and the corresponding gallons from the tack chart. REMEMBER: NO CHART~NO START

  25. Look up ending depth reading and the corresponding gallon reading

  26. Enter the ending measurement and the corresponding gallons from the tack chart after tack is shot. This is an automatic calculation. (Beginning gallons minus ending gallons.)

  27. Enter the time you finished shooting the tack and the temperature of the tack from the distributor.

  28. Look up temp. on chart and select corresponding Correction Factor.

  29. Enter the correction factor for the temperature of the tack.
