  3. Create New Position Old: Begin New Request Perform Other Position Requests

  4. Other Position Requests More actions can be submitted through the new system

  5. Certify Position Description becomes Review Position Description

  6. Old: View Pending and View Historical PD Requests are not combined View Pending and View Historical PD Requests are now combined

  7. Position Request tabs are now on the left side of the screen Navigate Old: Position tabs located at top Title template appears in PD

  8. PD displays title-specific and position-specific required qualifications Old: PD only shows position specific qualifications

  9. General Summary and Job Duties appear in same tab Duty Title is now a required field

  10. Position Summary tab in position request shows current and proposed changes made to PD

  11. Old: Position Approval Workflow Roles that can initiate or move position requests forward vary depending on the position action being taken

  12. Position Description and Posting are now connected
