The rectum is the last portion of your bowel. You might notice the rectal prolapse when you are having a bowel movement. But it can also ensue when you cough or sneeze, or even when you are doing routine activitiessuch as walking or standing up. Having a rectal prolapse can be painful and it might affect your everyday life. You might feel uncomfortable about it, but it is imperative to see your doctor if you think you might have a rectal prolapse. Types of rectal prolapse There are three categories of rectal prolapse. •Full-thickness rectal prolapse is when portion of the wall of your rectum twigs out via your anus. This is the most perceptiblekind of rectal prolapse and so is the kind of prolapse patients most commonly see their doctor for. •Mucosal prolapse is when only the lining (mucosa) of your rectum branches out via your anus. •Internal rectal prolapse is when your rectum pleats in on itself but doesn't push out via your anus. This is also acknowledged as an internal intussusception. Individuals of any age can get a rectal prolapse. However, it is most common in females older than 60, and in young kidsless than three. Symptoms of rectal prolapse If you have a rectal prolapse, you are likely to observe a lump or bulge coming out of your anus. At the start, you might only observe this when you have a bowel movement. However, if your prolapse gets worse, this might also ensue when you cough, sneeze or stand up. Other symptoms mightembrace: •finding it problematic to control your bowel movements. You might find you have passed some feces (motion) when you didn’t intended to •having some bright red blood or greasy mucus coming from your rectum •feeling some uneasiness or discomfort You might be able to shove any lump or bulge back in by using your fingers. But this might become more problematic and the lump mightpoke out again as soon as you shove it back in. Ultimately, you might not be able to shove it back in at all. If you have an interior rectal prolapse you might feel as though you are not completely emptying your bowels, instead ofperceiving a lump. If you think you might have a rectal prolapse, contact your doctor for en effective medicine for rectal prolapse.
