Operational Structure E-board Requirement Benefits • More than 2 semesters as an active member • Project Team leader Lv.1 • Consulting project • Case team leader • Case : 2 out of 3 (1 out of 3 for those who will work on the project • Workshop & Guest speaker series : >=1 Lv.2 (Active member) Lv.3 • None • Can participate in any event

  5. Level 2 Requirement • 2 out of 3 Case Studies(Including Case Competition) • 2 Mini Case Studies • Case Competition with the University of Rochester • At least one Guest Speaker Series/Workshop • 66% Attendance at General Meetings

Case Competition Schedule • BUCC vs. UR Entrepreneurs • Timeline • 2/25 : Sign-up period begins • Each team will consist of 4 members • 3/18: Team Meeting • 3/19: Initial Meeting at the University of Rochester • Each team will receive the case • One advisor will be assigned to each team • 3/29: Presentation at the University at Buffalo • Present your case in front of a panel of judges from Capco • 12 minutes + Q & A • Prize: >=$500 + Career Opportunity for the 1st place team • Dinner will be provided

  9. A Great Experience! • Help the local community • Gain real-life business experience • Enhance resume and job interview topics • Boost teamwork, critical thinking, and presentation skills • Receive recognition from peers, UB, and community leaders

  10. Interested? • Looking for dedicated students to engage in this project • Must commit to 4 hours a week on this project • Work directly with Tool Library directors

  11. Sign up today! • Make sure to mark on the sign-in sheet if you are interested • Interviews will take place next Wednesday at 7pm in Jacobs 320 • Interview will include: brief questions about commitment, past volunteer experience, and time availability • Dress up professionally
