  2. Objective • To understand the NEED for maintenance…for the following reasons – • Security reasons – Trespassers, Thief, Goons etc. • Safety reasons – Fire, Short-circuit, Lift, Generator. Water pipe burst etc. • Stay as a family – Amicable relation to help each other, support each other when in trouble Devika Apartments Residents Meeting

  3. Present Status • Building is over 20-years old and life of the following utilities is about 12-15 years max. • Water pipes • Electric wires/cables • Lifts • Fire-fighting systems • Wear and Tear of the structure and many more… Devika Apartments Residents Meeting

Present Status • Building is over 20-years old and life of the following utilities is about 12-15 years max. • Water pipes…need change immediately! • Electric wires/cables…flat plus common area need change immediately! • Lifts…need change! • Fire-fighting systems…no clue! • Wear and Tear of the structure and many more…deteriorating!
