You can use your cell phone during lunch and in halls. • Dress: No vulgar, lewd language/images. No sagging or suggestive clothing. No ball caps or hoods indoors. • Backpacks: None allowed in class. Put in your locker. • Food & Drink: Not allowed in class. • Violence: Zero tolerance.

  22. FHS Q&A (5 min) • In groups of two, turn to the person next to you and brainstorm for one minute any questions about FHS that you still have unanswered. • You have 1 minute. • At the end of the minute, one of you will write 1 or 2 of your questions on the whiteboard.

  23. Meet & Greet (20 min) • Pass the Ball (< 5 min) • Get in a circle • When the ball is thrown to you, tell the group your name and where you went to middle school. • If you didn’t go to Fridley Middle School, be sure to tell the group in what area/town you went to middle school.

  24. Meet & Greet: TPS • Number off into 1s and 2s • Fill out the questions on the sheet about your partner. • You have 3 minutes to fill out your sheet.

  25. Meet & Greet: Two Truths, One Lie • To learn a bit more about each other, each of you are to write down two truths about yourself, as well as one lie. • For example: My two truths would be: 1) I grew up in Kansas; 2) My favorite sport is rock climbing. My lie would be: I love going to Mall of America. (I’ve never been to MOA.) • You have 2 minutes to write down your truths and lies.

  26. Meet & Greet: Two Truths, One Lie • You now have 5 minutes to mingle with your classmates and try and find some information about their truths and lies. • After you’ve mingled, everyone will present their truths and lies, and the rest of us will try to pick out the lies. • Whoever picks out the most lies will win a prize.
