All purpose flour • Half teaspoon salt • half cup water • Five teaspoon refined oil • Twocup refined oil • Half cup soaked moong dal • Two cup chopped green chilli • Oneteaspoon fennel seeds powder • Half teaspoon salt • Half tablespoon cumin seeds • Two tablespoon chopped coriander leaves • 1 teaspoon coriander powder • Red chilli powder • Ginger powder • Garam masala powder Ingredients:
Take a large bowl, add all purpose flour and mix with salt and oil. Add little water at a time and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes. • Then, pre-heat a pan and add oil in it. Add cumin seeds, cumin seeds, green chilly, coriander powder, fennel powder and saute the spices for few minutes. Now add soaked dal, salt, garam masala, ginger powder and red chilly powder. • Stir constantly and cook dal until it dries up. Allow it to cool and keep it separate. Now take one dough ball and flatten it with the help of your fingers. Fill it with dal stuffing and make kachori. Repeat the process with other dough balls. Pre-heat oil in a shallow fry pan and fry the kachori till it turns golden brown. • Now, MoongDal Kachori is ready to serve. Instructions:
