We take a personal interest in ensuring our clients are satisfied during every step of the building process. This was recognised when we were awarded Gold at the Auckland Master Builders House of the Year Awards. • WHAT DO THE QUALITY MARKS MEAN? • To receive a quality mark, the quality of an entry must be judged at least 50% above industry standard. The quality marks awarded are Bronze, Silver or Gold. • BRONZE AWARDS • To achieve a Bronze Award, an entry must be of a quality of at least 50% above industry standard and achieve 75 or more of the points available. • SILVER AWARDS • To achieve a Silver Award, an entry must be of a quality of at least 65% above industry standard and achieve 82.5 or more of the points available. • GOLD AWARDS • To achieve a Gold Award, an entry must be of a quality of at least 80% above industry standard and achieve 90 or more of the points available. • CATEGORY WINNERS • To win a category, an entry must have the most points compared to others in that category.
